I am currently not offering in person birth Doula services. 

I am available for in person postpartum support and Virtual Support.

My birth doula support offers personalized, compassionate care that you can count on.

Need someone to talk to about your pregnancy and impending birth who has solutions for your unique situation? I offer a free initial consultation to determine if I will be the right Doula to work together with you and support you during the birth of your child.

I provide support for families based on their needs and desires at the time, meeting them where they are.

I also provide educational support based on the most current and up to date research.

My service package includes:

• At least two prenatal home visits.
• Unlimited phone, text, and email support during pregnancy and postpartum.
• Educational support during pregnancy.
• Tips and guidance in learning the tools to utilize while preparing for labor, birth, and postpartum.
• Assistance in creating a personalized birth plan.
• Labor support at home and/or in the hospital as needed.
• Physical, emotional, and informational support during both labor and birth.
• At least one, though I prefer to do two postpartum visits.
• Referrals for local resources and support services.
